SPENDING A FEW HOURS IN DUCK COSMETICS SHOP AT PAVILLION

Vivy Yusof has successfully opened another duck store that was named as Duck Cosmetics. A big congratulation from us. We heard many rumours about Duck Cosmetics but there are not many review found in youtube or web. Therefore, we decided pay a visit to Duck Cosmetics Store in Pavillion. 

The store was beautifully design. Having the purple and white colors same as their corporate color, giving that exclusive and welcoming environment. Loving the simple yet elegance interior design.

We love the details of work done for the shop. There are a few mirrors provided for customers to tried their products. There was also sink provided at the back of the store for customer to clean up their make up. Very convenience. 

In one corner they've place a bath tub with Duck's towel hanging next to it. Giving the feeling that you are in a bathroom, having that good setting to sell the Duck towel and all the other products.

Duck Cosmetics is selling a wide range of products such as:
1.) Duck Towel
2.) Make Up Bag
3.) Make Up remover
4.) Hair Mist
5.) Lipstick
6.) Lip gloss
7.) Lip cream
8.) Eye Shadow (All Eye Ask)
9.) Powder (latest product)

Now let's go test all of the products. 

First we tried the lipstick. There are more than 10 colors of lipsticks but we found out that each lipstick has its own texture & characteristic. It's better for you to try it first. What more interesting is that some of the lipsticks look different from what we see and after we apply it. For example: there this one lipstick that looks dark brown in color but turns out red when we apply it. Interesting, huh? 

What we like about Duck lipstick is that it's a bit moist. So our lips does not feel dry when using it. But the moisture differ from one another. 

What more interesting is that Duck Cosmetics had produced our favourite color which is quite difficult to find; that is orange color that can be found in a few color range; Zesty Amy and Sunny Jill. Zesty Amy is more orange in color while Sunny Jill is mixing bright red and orange colors. However, Zesty Amy is more moist & glossier than Sunny Jill. 

Moving along to the lip cream & lip gloss. The truth is, we does not fancy lip gloss but we prefer lipstick or lip cream in matte setting. While most of Duck's lipstick, lip cream & lip gloss are on the glossy side. Well, if you follow Vivy, you'll understand why there are many glossy lip products in the store. Nevertheless, Duck Cosmetic does has a few matte lipstick & lip cream in line. Just try all of them and see which one suite you best. 

When we visited Duck Cosmetics Store after office hour, there are very few customers visiting the store, therefore, we could have the luxury time to tried all of the products.

For the lip cream, we love the one with glitter. It's a trend nowadays to use lip cream as eye shadow, therefore, the glitter lip cream is perfect to use as eye shadow & as lip cream. You can also mix it with other color to produce new interesting color with glitters. 

Diva-nesa is a lip cream/lip gloss in gold glittery color and it was one of our favourite. 

Now, let's try the eye shadow / All-Eye-Ask. The eye shadow is more to smokey eye colors. If you like nude color, this palette might not suite you. When we first swipe it with our finger the color looks nice and pigmented, but once we tried swatches it to our hand, the color seems faded. Oh my. But, not all colors is having this problem, only a few. The gold eye shadow was nice though. 

On another section you can try the make up remover and hair mist. Oh! Duck even provided their make up remover and some face cotton for customers to clean the make up that they are testing. Cool, huh? You don't have to worry about getting messy with lipstick and eye shadow as you can easily clean it with Duck Make Up Remover.

There are 3 types of make up remover. 
1.) Whitening
2.) Refreshing
3.) Hydrating - suitable for dry skin

We were told that the make up remover not only used to clean make up but can also be use as cleanser and toner. 3 in 1. You can save your money on face cleanser and toner, plus it smells nice too.

Nevertheless, what we like most is the Duck's Hair Mist. It smells nice and functioning well. When you are running out of time to wash your hair, you can quickly apply this product to your hair without washing it. Very cool! However, they are always running stock. It's sad though. 

Duck Cosmetics packaging has also being design beautifully. So cute. Feels young and energetic. 

                             

Now you have all of those make up, you might wanna try Duck Make Up Bag. It's uniquely rectangular in size, which allow more space to keep your make up products. It comes in many colors such as; silver, pink and black. 

In one section of the store you can find Duck Cosmetics best seller list. If you don't know what to buy, maybe you can try some of the items in the list. Well, most people like it, maybe you will too. 

After trying all of the products in the store, we finally decided to buy 3 lipsticks, 1 make up remover, and 2 glitter lip cream/lip gloss. 

All we wanna say is that, you should try yourselves all of the products. Difference people has difference preference. For us, Duck Cosmetics products ain't that bad. The prices are affordable. We heard many bad rumors about it, but after trying it ourselves, we finally fall in love with some of the products. Why don't you try visiting the store and test the products yourselves.
